I have an RCA mp3 player of 4GB. I had like 600 songs in there and once all of them disappeared. I checked it through two different computers and any of them found the songs. However, I can’t put many songs in there because computers and player shows that 72 percent of the memory is being used, which means that the memory card recognizes the existence of the files but the player doesn’t. Someone said that it could be a virus and that I need the components of the player. Does anyone know what to do or have had the same problem?

go to rca.com select your player and download the latest firmware update and you should be fine, you might loose the songs you have there, but if you think about it you cant get to them now anyway, so try it

I have an RCA mp3 player and whenever I try to download music from my documents the system wants to put every single song on my documents on the mp3 player. It said in the instructions that I can do something off of yahoo music jukebox and I don’t really know how. I signed up and now I am so stupid I cant find the my music thing and I am really getting very very very angry!!

When you plug in the mp3 player, it should show up as a drive in my computer. You can then drag the songs over that you want. Just dont drag the entire my docs folder over
