Pen, a Contemporary Lamp by Estudi Ribaudi for Estiluz

The lamp pen is the latest addition to the Estiluz lighting company. Estudi Ribaudí The luminaire has created this sleek and elegant design inspired by the Nordic philosophy of balancing objects. Pen surprised by the almost magical mix between “what is new and what could not be otherwise.” So what explains the study Ribaudí, Pen has conceived as a game between familiar and surprising at the same time.
The top version is characterized by arm’s length separating the rosette screen as if it were weightless object. This version also builds on the idea of light object, achieved thanks to the curvature of the metal arm extension (from 195 to 250 cm).
The floor version is notable for the position adopted by the screen, which turns around to look at the shaft. It has a metal arm that describes an arc extending from 175 cm to 224 cm, with a practical purpose that can move the light source depending on the needs of each.
