Imola Armchair, the new icon from BoConcept by Henrik Pedersen

A feast for the eyes, so you could define the Imola chair, a building belonging to the new 2010 collection from BoConcept, which comes across as a little preview of the new collection by the Danish firm.

Designed by Henrik Pedersen, Imola is a nod to the aesthetics of the 50, but a fresh start. The result is an elegant chair, in which the use of organic forms add a touch of humor.

“Design because I can not help it, ” says the designer, which is defined as a lover of simplicity, functional furniture and decoration of humor. Hence the constant search for his part, new ideas capable of surprising.

The new seat Imola is the result of a complex production process. First is molded shell-shaped seat, and then given a form on the outside.

Imola is available in two versions. With great support, ideal for the neck rest, or in its simplest version, with a smaller support. Both models are available in the collection of fabrics and leathers from BoConcept.
