When little less than a month ago I taught the Construction space Communist Fotografiadas, came me to mind images of these impossible to Filip Dujardin buildings. The problem was that although he remembered that he had saved and classified Favorites the source, it could not find it.
Fortunately, this morning, while it husmeaba in my files to offer you the usual dose of art on Sunday, has appeared, nestling in a corner, this magnificent series of images of impossible structures that has name Fictions.
It is manipulated photographs, or rather Photomontages, which the author defies logic and the laws of the structures in architecture, mainly to the gravity.

In my opinion, a magnificent work carried out by the Belgian photographer, for which each piece is a project which first performs in cardboard or 3D modeling and then go in search of buildings (or pieces of them) that can serve you as basis for the realization of his work.
In an interview with the Magazine MARKFilip says:
Perhaps the work arises from a frustration. Now I want to play to be an architect, instead of only registering other buildings.
Since then, to not become an architect, he has much ability to create structures that are challenging, because although they clearly are the fruit of his imagination, they are true enough as to make our mind feel confusing.

However, and as it is the case with communist structures that I mentioned at the beginning, often the reality surpasses fiction. In fact, there are more than an “impossible” building loose out there, like for example Habitat 67, a housing complex built in Canada for the Expo of the year it is called and which, as you can see in the image, could form part of this series perfectly.
Surely you know also some building more worthy of being part of this collection – of which I leave a small gallery so that you enjoy – no retouching or manipulation. If so, you do not fail to share your knowledge in the comments.
