Estiluz Linier Hanging Lamp

Design history shows that the simplest objects persist in time, oblivious to fashion and trends. Thus arises the new hanging lamp from Estiluz, Linier, whose design lies in finding simple concepts involved with advanced materials.

The guimeràicinca, Guimerà Oriol (Barcelona 1972) and Joan Cinca (Barcelona 1974) is responsible for the design of Linier Lamp, and the originality and success lie in its apparent simplicity, a rectangular shape with rounded edges, strong personality. Your screen is made of rigid polyurethane foam and has an acrylic diffuser at the bottom.

Aesthetically, one of the most remarkable features is the union between the cable and the lamp. The designers wanted to emphasize this detail, making it the hallmark of the fixture, “as if someone had pulled the lamp to generate the electric wire producing a strain on the body itself”.

This detail has a distinct functionality, since it solves the problem of cable and the user can place the finial where you want, regardless of the location of the lamp.
