Cute and Colorful Shanghai Expo Chair by KiBiSi

Cute and Colorful, this simple chair was design for it simpleness in use, the chair was set to be easy for disassembled and reassembled to given the freedom for the user to mix and match the color, there are four piece of the chair two for the seat and two for the back that you can played around for the color.

Designed for the Danish Pavilion for the Shanghai World Expo 2010 the Shanghay chair is conceived as a single segment of the XXXm long social bench that orbits the pavilion both inside and outside that has been designed in collaboration between BIG and Jeppe Hein. The bench is made from pliable plancs (two for the seat and two for the back) that move seamlessly through the pavilion to form picnic areas, lounges, safety barriers and bars. The Shanghai chair is similarly composed of 4 small boards folded around each other to form the simplest chair imaginable merging legs and seat, back and structure into the 4 constituent parts. Since the chair can be acquired in multiple colors and is so easy to disassemble and reassemble people will be capable for creating their own hybrid designs by recombining their colors of choice. Shanghay Chair is made from Molded plywood and Produced by HAY.

Even it was design specifically for Shanghai Expo 2010 that runs from 1 May to 31 October this year, which I think this design is too much for an expo, the chair is definitely fit everywhere in your house, definitely fit for your home modern interior.
