Binary, the stool with a prescription by Jordi Badia & Otto Canalda for BD Barcelona Design
Binary stool was born in 2003, within the catalog of the now defunct firm Oken. Its design is the result of joint work between dr. Jordi Badia and industrial designer Otto Canalda, with which Delta got a Silver in the 2005 edition of the awards given by ADI-FAD (Association of Industrial Disseny Foment de les Arts i of Design).
The shapes of the seat, which are patented, guaranteed healthier position back on the legs: exactly 135 º. Otto Canalda (Barcelona, 1977), one of the designers, he joined the Department of New Product Development for BD just finishing his studies at the School Elisava Barcelona.
