A detached house in A Coruña
This time we’re going to the town of Sta. Cross – Oleiros (A Coruña) to show a single-family home developed in a refurbished attic in which a language has been used modern and functional distribution both decoration. This is a building of approximately 150 square meters of built area.

The solution is the expansion of a bajo-cubierta plant, used as room storage, incorporating one of the uncovered terraces and adding it as a useful surface area covered in the new functional configuration of the housing.

In the enlarged area have opened up extensive glazed voidss, both façade and roof, allowing excellent views towards the port of the town and increase the luminosity of the housing.

In the spatial configuration has opted for spaces open and interconnected among themselves, in such a way that you can visually control all the functional framework of the housing.

The interior of the building is conceived a space very cosy trying to make the duality between minimalism and warmth when it comes to live it. The white cloth of the walls and ceilings contrast with the wood of the soil, which is responsible for providing the necessary warmth in every home.

The furniture is presented with black and grey tones, harmony rotates with the notes of color red and orange, dotted by decoration.
